We have several places where any support questions you may have can be answered. If you do not find an answer in one of our resources, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

The office is open Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm EST. All phone messages will be returned on the next business day during normal operating hours. All email requests will usually be answered within 24 hours.

Phone support is available for free to all demo and registered users for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. Phone support is only available Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST.

Email Support:
Email support is provided free of charge. You will usually get a response within 24 hours.

Remote Support
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST

We can log-on your computer for training or repair common problems remotely, if needed.
